Q: Where Do You Ship Your Products?
We ship to all 50 states in the US.
Your package will arrive within 5-7 business days of processing. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Q: Do You Ship Internationally?
If you would like to order from an international location outside of the United States, please send an email to contact@la-kwa.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
Q: Can I Cancel Or Edit My Order?
If you need to edit or cancel your order, within 3 hours please email us your order number at contact@la-kwa.com.
Q:How Can I Check The Status Of My Order?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). If your shipment does not arrive or you have any issues, please email contact@la-kwa.com and we'll help resolve your issue!
